The Core Fine Art: A New Vision for Contemporary Art

The Core Fine Art was founded by Marion Doyen and Daniel Dacian, two professionals whose complementary backgrounds helped shape the gallery’s distinctive identity.

As Founder and CuratorMarion Doyen has developed an international career dedicated to representing both established and emerging contemporary artists. Her work focuses on creating meaningful connections between artists, collectors, museums, luxury brands and cultural institutions, positioning contemporary art within an international cultural dialogue.

Alongside her, Daniel DacianFounder and Creative Director, brings extensive experience in cinematography, visual storytelling and exhibition design. Having collaborated on international productions for artists and brands including Lady Gaga, A$AP Rocky, Disney, Netflix, Victoria’s Secret and Piaget, he has introduced a cinematic approach to the gallery’s exhibitions, transforming each project into an immersive visual experience.

Together, they created The Core Fine Art with the ambition of redefining how contemporary art is presented. Rather than relying exclusively on traditional gallery spaces, they developed a programme of carefully curated pop-up exhibitions in architecturally significant venues, encouraging audiences to experience art in unexpected environments.

The inaugural exhibition in Hollywood, Los Angeles, marked the beginning of that vision. Since then, The Core has expanded its programme, collaborated with internationally recognised artists and prestigious institutions, and established its new headquarters in Las Vegas, continuing to develop projects that bridge contemporary art, design and culture.

The Grand Opening Exhibition

The inaugural exhibition brought together six contemporary artists whose practices explore very different artistic languages:

  • Emmanuel Fillion
  • Sebastien Courty
  • Jonas Leriche
  • Reka Nyari
  • Mareo Rodriguez
  • O Gringo (Bastien Tomasini)

Each artist presented a distinct visual universe, creating a dialogue between sculpture, painting, photography and mixed media within the industrial setting of Studio Eleven43.

Large steel windows, generous volumes and suspended installations transformed the exhibition into a unique experience, moving away from the conventional white-cube gallery model.

A Gallery in Constant Evolution

When O Gringo participated in the Grand Opening Exhibition of The Core Fine Art in Hollywood, Los Angeles, in 2024, he became part of the very beginning of a gallery that would rapidly establish itself on the international contemporary art scene.

Following its inaugural exhibition, The Core continued to expand its artistic programme by collaborating with internationally acclaimed artists such as Mr. Brainwash and RETNA, organising major exhibitions and developing projects that bridge contemporary art with luxury, design and cultural innovation.

One of the gallery’s most prestigious milestones came through its collaboration with the legendary Ritz Paris, where The Core began curating contemporary art presentations within one of the world’s most iconic luxury hotels, reinforcing its international reputation among collectors, institutions and cultural leaders.

Building on this momentum, the gallery later established its headquarters in Las Vegas, while continuing to develop an ambitious international programme that connects artists, collectors and prestigious venues across the United States and Europe.

Looking back, O Gringo’s participation in The Core’s inaugural exhibition represents more than a single exhibition. It marks the beginning of a relationship with a gallery whose international vision and continued growth have positioned it among the emerging forces of the contemporary art market.
